If you would rather send your order in the mail, simply download our
Order Form, print
it and send it to us by post, including your photograph. If your
photograph is stored on your computer, however, you may still email that
separately to orders@elite-designs.co.uk.
If
you have any problems or do not have access to a printer, contact us and we
can put a copy of our Order Form in the post for you.
