Methods

Standard UK Delivery is usually 1st Class Royal Mail. At our discretion, for larger items we may sometimes use 2nd Class. Please let us know if your item is required quickly. We do occasionally use a courier or parcel service which can take 3-5 working days.

International Delivery is usually AirMail Small Packets. At our discretion we may use a courier service instead.

Timescales

1st Class Royal Mail takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.
2nd Class Royal Mail takes 3+ working days from dispatch.
Royal Mail parcels take 3+ working days from dispatch.
Other couriers are dependant on the service we choose, usually 3 working days from dispatch.

International AirMail will take 3-7 working days depending on your AirMail zone. You can view the zone information here.

Dispatch

For orders (excluding photo conversions) received before 2pm we aim to dispatch them the same day if it is a weekday. At the very least your order should be dispatched the next working day.

Our current turnaround time for photo conversions is 60 days.
